procedures, and oversees the surgical team.
Assistant role in OR - Physician who may assist the surgeon in performing specific parts of a procedure
under direct supervision.
RNFA role in OR - Nurse who assists the surgeon by handling tissues, instruments, suturing, and assisting
with hemostasis, requiring formal education.
