Evaluatieverslag Proeve van BekwaamheidDe opdracht was om een presentatie met een hand-out, briefing en memo voor te bereiden, voor als
je in een congrescentrum werkt, en er een groep uit Egypte gebruikt komt maken van de faciliteiten.
De opdracht was om via die presentatie, briefing en memo de collega's die met de groep te maken
zouden krijgen, hier op voor te bereiden.
Ik heb voor deze opdracht eerst alle theorie nog eens doorgenomen. Daarna heb ik daar de stukken
uitgehaald die ik relevant vond voor deze opdracht.
Ik heb bedacht wat ik, als ik zelf in die situatie zou zitten, zou willen weten. Ik heb daarbij gekeken
naar wat ik interessant zou vinden en wat nodig was om de werkzaamheden goed te kunnen
uitvoeren op die middag.
Vervolgens heb ik een logisch verhaal van alle informatie gemaakt, de presentatie uitgeschreven, en
er met Powerpoint slides bij gemaakt om die later als hand-out te kunnen printen. Ik heb via Google
wat aanvullende informatie over Egypte opgezocht (via Wikipedia) en er wat passende plaatjes bij
gezocht voor op de dia slides van de presentatie (en daarmee op de hand-out)
Als laatste heb ik de memo gemaakt met de informatie die ik het belangrijkste, meest relevant vond
voor deze situatie: wat de collega's wel en vooral ook niet moesten doen.
Ik vond dit een leuke opdracht om uit te voeren, het was leuk om zo praktisch met de stof bezig te
zijn en te bedenken welke informatie in zo'n situatie relevant is, en ook boeiend voor de lezers en
luisteraars. Door er op deze manier mee bezig te zijn heb ik de stof beter begrepen dan ik daarvoor
deed.
Daarnaast had ik niet veel ervaring met het voorbereiden van een presentatie via Powerpoint, dus
ook dat vond ik een leuke, interessante en leerzame ervaring.
