o Tussenwervelschijf minder dens dan wervel:
bot = wit
lucht = zwart
water = grijs
o Hierop bekijken we de anatomie van het klein bekken
MRI:

Aorta
Deelt zicht in twee: a. iliaca communis dextra en sinistra
o Arterie ligt Anterior
o Links van de patiënt is rechts op de foto
o Aorta ligt rechts op foto en vene ligt links op foto
o Ureters van de nieren naar de blaas: retroperitoneaal en mediaal van de bloedvaten
o Rond de ureter: a. testicularis en v. testicularis
o A. communis splitst in a. iliaca externa
vooraan (gaat naar het OL)
en de a. iliaca interna
achteraan (gaat naar de bekkenorganen)
o Plexus testicularis: niet apart kunnen onderscheiden
migreert meer en meer naar de lies
o M. iliacus achteraan en m. psoas er voor
o Achterste begrenzing = m. piriformis
o Lieskanaal: a.v. testicularis, ductus defferens (zaadleider naar prostaat),
funniculus spermaticus ligt daar in!
o Grijs in midden = blaas
o De ureters vloeien dan samen posterieur op de blaas = VUJ: vesico-urethrale junctie
(tussen blaas en rectum)
o Zaadblaasjes: voor rectum + achter blaas
o Prostaat = onderin kleine bekken
o Boogje rond rectum = m. levator ani
Sagittale doorsnedes T2 man:
o Veel meer onderscheid tussen de verschillende structuren
o Water = wit
o Bot = donker
o M. levator ani voor het sacrum
