Mijn naam is X en ik ben 22 jaar oud. Ik volg de opleiding Social Work Parttime
aan de Hogeschool Saxion, te Enschede. In mei 2022 ben ik begonnen als
pedagogisch medewerker B bij X
X is een Jeugdzorg Plus locatie. Ik ben werkzaam op de afdeling X, een
behandelafdeling voor jongens met een Hoog Forensisch Profiel in de leeftijd van
12 tot en met 18 jaar. Doormiddel van de methode X behandelen wij jongens met
verschillende problematieken, denk hierbij vooral aan externaliserende
problematieken; manipulatief en dreigend gedrag, moeite hebben met het
accepteren van gezag, drugsgebruik en een verhoogd risico op weglopen en
delict gedrag.
Het schrijven van dit portfolio vond ik erg interessant, ik heb weer een
frisse kijk gekregen op het voeren van gesprekken voor mijn werk.
Ik zou graag Glenn Ripassa als docent willen bedanken voor de gegeven
lessen.
