Wat fijn dat jullie allemaal aanwezig konden zijn vandaag
tijdens deze vergadering. Vandaag zullen we 2 agendapunten
bespreken, waar we maar 10 minuten de tijd voor hebben. Ik
wil jullie daarom ook vragen of iedereen elkaar wil laten
uitpraten en niet allemaal door elkaar te praten. Moniek ik
wil jou vragen om de notulist te zijn en Esther jou wil ik
vragen om de 10 minuten bij te houden. Ook wil ik je vragen
om mij aan te geven wanneer er 5 minuten voorbij zijn, want
ik wil graag ongeveer 5 minuten per agendapunt besteden.
De agenda punten die we gaan bespreken vandaag zijn roken
tijdens werk en eten en drinken tijdens vergaderingen.
Laten we beginnen met roken tijdens werktijd, de conclusie
die ik hierbij getrokken heb is dat je alleen nog maar mag
roken tijdens de reguliere pauzes, wie wil daarop reageren?
Dan gaan we nu door naar het tweede punt namelijk eten
