In dit document is een onderzoek te vinden. Dit onderzoek is gedaan in opdracht van
Inholland Den Haag en Mumby.

Het onderzoek gaat in op de doelgroep van Mumby, de probleemstelling, mogelijke
oplossingen van de probleemstelling en uiteindelijk 3 concepten om het probleem op te
lossen.

Wie is Mumby:
Mumby is een bedrijf opgericht door Lipika Bansal in 2020. Het bedrijf verkoop textiel
producten die op een duurzame manier gemaakt zijn in India. De producten worden
gemaakt van pure en plantaardige stoffen. Lipika werkt samen met ambachtslieden uit India.
Alle producten zijn met de hand en op een eerlijke manier gemaakt. Op dit moment
verkoopt Lipika de Mumby producten vooral online en op diverse markten in de omgeving
van Amsterdam (Mumbykids, 2024)

De producten van Mumby worden verkocht in diverse winkels, zoals concept stores,
kinderboetieks, museumwinkels, high-end textiel winkels en het Lloyd hotel in Amsterdam.
Dit zijn de resellers van Mumby, waarvan Lipika met een aantal heeft samengewerkt.
