, Korte samenvatting
Een sociaal-maatschappelijk dienstverlener evalueert zijn dienstverlening, dit kan periodiek
of aan het eind van een proces. Hierover schrijft hij een evaluatieverslag waarbij hij
verschillende stappen doorloopt.
Denk hierbij aan het verzamelen van relevante gegevens, deze gegevens analyseren en
vervolgens te reflecteren op zijn eigen werkwijze. De evaluatie levert uiteindelijk input voor
verbetering van de werkzaamheden, dienstverlening of activiteiten.
Voor dit examen ga ik hiermee aan de slag binnen mijn BPV-organisatie: XXXXX . Mijn
ondernomen stappen vermeld ik onder het kopje ‘’inleiding’’.
Tijdens dit examen evalueer ik mijn dienstverlening uit BPV-examen 2 ‘’maakt plan van
