Hoi, (studenten) We gaan het vandaag hebben over wat jullie denken vande motivatie van de docenten. Dit wordt opgenomen voor het schoolkrant.
Dus wat denken jullie wat motiveert de docenten om elke dag les te
geven?
Ehh… moeilijk te zeggen. Ik denk dat meneer *** gewoon wil dat we iets
leren maar niet echt op zo’n strenge manier. Hij is wel blij als iemand iets
eindelijk snapt, vooral met moeilijke dingen.
Ik: Dus meneer **** vindt het wel belangrijk dat jullie de stof begrijpen?
Ja, denk ik. Maar hij zegt ook vaak dat cijfers niet alles zijn. Hij wil vooral
dat we het later kunnen gebruiken ofzo.
Oh interessant. En jij *student b*? Heb jij een idee?
Uhm... weet niet precies. Misschien omdat hij er al zo lang bezig is? Hij
lijkt wel chill te vinden om met ons te werken. Hij maakt vaak grapjes dus
misschien houdt hij daar wel van dat hij ons een beetje kan helpen.
Ik: Dus hij probeert de sfeer te relaxen in de les?
Student b Ja, wel een beetje. Hij probeert wel z’n best te doen om het niet
saai te maken denk ik.
Student a Ja, dat wel. Maar soms, als de les echt lang duurt, lijkt hij ook
wel moe te worden net als ons.
