VOORWOORD
Ik heb het schrijven van dit verslag als ontzettend leerzaam ervaren. De negen opdrachten
over organisatiekunde binnen mijn eigen stageorganisatie hebben me een heel ander,
compleet beeld gegeven van de organisatie Heliomare. Nooit eerder heb ik me zo verdiept in
hoe een organisatie precies in elkaar zit en wat voor belang en invloed dit heeft. Door dit
verslag te schrijven heb ik me gerealiseerd hoe belangrijk het is om je zeker als Sociaal
Werker hierin te verdiepen. Vooral opdracht negen over emotionele arbeid en opdracht twee
over de organisatiestructuur vond ik heel interessant om me in te verdiepen.

Ik hoop dat u het verslag 2.1.4 Positioneren in het Sociaal Domein net zo interessant vindt
