- Doing the right things – goede beslissingen maken met de juiste middelen en dat
terwijl de omgeving veranderd en de concurrentie alsmaar blijft toenemen. Strategisch
management is ook iets anders dan operational wat gaat om het goed doen van
dingen. Dat is meer uitvoerend.
- Een strategisch manager creëert bedrijfsmodellen die op elkaar zijn afgestemd. Ze
