Ze wilden new service performance en new project learning voorspellen in innovatieve
teams. Wat stimuleert een betere service service en wat voorspelt project learning. Hiervoor
zijn twee onafhankelijke variabelen gebruikt: internal information utilization & external
information utilization.

regressie-analyse. Het moet gaan over de linear dependency tussen verschillende
onafhankelijke variabelen en de afhankelijke variabele
