In dit examen onderzoek ik de knelpunten in het huidige beleid en de bijhorende
beheertaken en stel een voorstelplan op. Ik stel enquêtevragen op voor mijn collega’s,
waarmee ik binnen mijn organisatie onderzoek op welke punten mijn collega’s het
beleidsplan wel/ niet zien terugkomen en in de dagelijkse praktijk. Welke knelpunten/
verbeterpunten mijn collega’s ervaren tussen het beleid en de dagelijkse praktijk en welke
oplossingen zij zien en wat ze denken daarvoor nodig te hebben. Ten slotte bespreek ik het
verbetervoorstel met mijn collega’s en leidinggevende tijdens een werkoverleg en noteer de
uitkomsten daarvan in de beschrijving van mijn verbetervoorstel.
