Kwalitatief onderzoek is een analyse met woorden, dus niet perse gebasseerd op
cijfers. Bij kwalitatief onderzoek is het moeilijker om zelf na te gaan of je juist
bezig bent – meer richtlijnen
- Begrijpen hoe mensen en organisaties handelen en hoe zij belang hechten
aan bepaalde situaties
