COMENTARIO TEXTO6. II República española. L ey 26-11-1931. Acusación de alta
traición de Alfonso XII
Este texto fue escrito por las cortes Contribuyentes de la II República
española debido a una ley que aprobaban estas cortes el 26-11-31, en la
cual se declara a Alfonso XIII como culpable, traidor y exiliado de
España debido a su apoyo a la dictadura de Primo de Rivera.
● Idea 1 (Alfonso se declara culpable de traición)
Alfonso se declara culpable de traición debido a sus acciones y
decisiones frente al apoyo de la dictadura de Miguel Primo de
Rivera. Alfonso también manipula el poder político en su beneficio
propio, lo cual las cortes de la república interpretaron como
incumplimiento de la constitución. Esto simbolizaba la ruptura
definitiva con un pasado monárquico visto como corrupto y
antidemocrático

La II república empezó el 14 de abril de 1931 tras las elecciones
municipales del 12 de abril y la carta de despedida de Alfonso
XIII intentando evitar una guerra civil. Las cortes eran un
organismo que representaba el poder legislativo del pueblo en
esta república. Era la autoridad máxima derribando la soberanía
directamente del pueblo. Fueron elegidos principalmente para
redactar la constitución del 1931, siendo esta la primera
totalmente democrática.
