VOORWOORD
Mijn naam is Voornaam Achternaam, 30 jaar oud en woonachtig te Plaats 1. Sinds 2014 ben ik
werkzaam als technisch operator bij Bedrijfsnaam Plaats. Daar ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het
draaien van een machine en alle eerstelijns verstoringen welke erbij komen kijken.
Momenteel volg ik de bachelor Technische Bedrijfskunde. Binnen Bedrijfsnaam Plaats had ik het
inwerktraject snel voltooid en wou weer geprikkeld worden. Gevoelsmatig kon ik meer dan wat ik
deed. Na diverse malen gesproken te hebben met mijn leidinggevende ben ik me gaan oriënteren op
wat ik zou willen. Na met enkele collega’s van andere functiegroepen gesproken te hebben ben ik
weer met mijn leidinggevende in gesprek gegaan. De leidinggevende kant op trok mij wel. Daarnaast
wou ik een bredere visie krijgen en de bachelor Technische Bedrijfskunde sloot hier op aan. Door het
afronden van de bachelor hoop ik in de toekomst door te groeien binnen Bedrijfsnaam in een
leidinggevende functie.
Deze opdracht is geschreven ter afsluiting van de module Product- en procesontwikkeling. Het betreft
een productontwikkeling voor het automatiseren van een grondstofproces binnen Bedrijfsnaam.
Via deze weg wil ik mijn docent heer de Werner bedanken voor zijn tips en feedback. Daarnaast wil
ook de heer Hindriks van Bedrijfsnaam Plaats bedanken voor de praktische tips bij de opdracht. Als
laatste wil ik mijn partner bedanken voor het steunen om dit allemaal mogelijk te maken.
