Betreft: reis naar Benidorm
Geachte heer Bolkenstein,
Hierbij reageer ik op uw klacht op uw brief van 5 september jl.
Ik vindt het erg jammer dat uw reis niet naar uw zin is verlopen. Hierbij wil ik namens het reisbureau
ons excuses aanbieden.
U heeft met drie vrienden het hotel Ambassadeur geboekt dat zeer centraal lag en in plaats daarvan
werd u in een ander hotel ondergebracht wegens een overboeking van uw eerste keuze.
Het verblijf in dit hotel vond u goed maar het bleek te ver van het centrum. Dit heeft geleid tot meer
reiskosten dan u verwachtte en u moest ook wat meer voor de maaltijden betalen.
Onze afdeling heeft besloten dat u 55% van de totale reissom teruggestort zal krijgen op de rekening
van de hoofdboeker, omdat u veel meer geld heeft moeten uitgeven dan dat u heeft kunnen
genieten van uw vakantie.
Ik hoop dat u akkoord zal gaan met de teruggave en hierbij biedt ik u ook namens het reisbureau
onze welgemeende excuses aan.
