Milieu intérieur
The animal possesses control systems which adjust their
interactions and exchanges with their surroundings in such
a way that the physical state and chemical composition of
the internal environment remains essentially constant.

Die regelmechanismen worden op twee manieren
gereguleerd. Het wordt gereguleerd door middel van
feedback loops.
Het gaat er dan om wat voor een stimulus er is en wat voor een reactie daarop moet
komen.
,Orgaansystemen zijn essentieel voor deze regelgeving en homeostase. Met
orgaansystemen gaan we kijken naar 3 verschillende orgaansystemen: circulatoir
systeem, respiratoir systeem en urinair systeem.

Casus: membraanpotentiaal 1
Concentratie buiten cel is lager, dus
rustmembaanpotentiaal wordt veel negatiever.
Dus in plaats van -80 (evenwichtspotentiaal
van kalium) wordt die ineens -100 mV. De
prikkelbaarheid van je spiercellen neemt dan
af. Het is dan dus moeilijker om je ledematen
te bewegen. Door kalium in te nemen
verdween het probleem ook gelijk.
Casus: membraanpotentiaal 2
Ze heeft een te hoge kalium waarde.
Evenwichtspotentiaal van kalium is ongeveer -80. Aks
concentratie buiten de cel veel te hoog is, gaat dat
evenwichtspotentiaal ook weer verschuiven. Nu wordt
die alleen minder negatief omdat er juist meer is, het
gaat nog ongeveer bij -65, wat heel dicht bij de
prikkeldrempel is. Ook hierdoor kun je niet goed je
spieren aansturen.
Prikkelbaarheid is dus essentieel voor het aansturen van je spieren, dat geldt ook voor
het hart.
Anatomie van het hart
Venen naar de boezems, naar de kamers en wordt verder via de
slagaders gestuurd.
Twee circulaties: pulmonaire circulatie en systemische circulatie.
