Hart Alles wat er in het hart gebeurt is te zien op een ECG:
P-topje: het eerste heuveltje: depolarisatie: de elektrische impulsen die
leiden tot het samentrekken van de atria. Hierna gaat het bloed via de
kleppen naar de onderkant van het hart. Atriale systole.
Pauze: hierin worden de ventrikels gevuld met bloed. PR-segment.
AV-knoop: wordt geactiveerd.
QRS-complex: het samenknijpen van de ventrikels. Ventriculaire systole.
Pauze: de ventriculaire diastole. ST-segment.
QT-interval: depolarisatie en repolarisatie.
T-top: repolarisatie: het rustmoment van het hart.
Nodale cellen:
Sinusknoop: de impuls zorgt ervoor dat de geleiding start en naar de
AV-knoop gaat. Hierna gaat het naar de bundel van his, waarna het
doorgaat naar de bundeltakken links en rechts en vanuit daar naar de
purkinje vezels. Daardoor worden de ventrikels leeggepompt.
