In this paper I will be in the role of a seasoned, well experienced ethics officer. I will be

the new officer, recently recruited by a major and respective company. The company is Oracle.

As an Oracle officer I have my first task at hand. I have been given the opportunity to analyze

the company’s current ethics policy and code. I will be exploring the strengths and weaknesses
