er geen verdere uitleg wordt gegeven over welk type case study design wordt gebruikt. Wel zijn het
aantal cases benoemd en welke bronnen door de onderzoeker gebruikt zijn om informatie in te
winnen over het onderwerp. Verder wordt in het onderzoek wel toegelicht welke afdelingen zijn
meegenomen in de diepte interviews, maar niet hoe de onderzoeker tot deze selectie is gekomen.
