,Voorwoord
Mijn naam is Chayenne Althof en ik volg op dit moment de HBO-studie Hotel- en Eventmanagement
aan Hogeschool TIO in Utrecht. Voor het vak Inkoop en Supply Chain Management (INM) heb ik een
verslag ontwikkeld.


In dit verslag ontwikkel ik een inkoopproces voor mijn eigen bedrijf genaamd El Tranvía de Tapas. Dit
bedrijf heb ik opgezet bij het vak Food & Beverage Management. Het was dus erg leuk om voor mijn
eigen bedrijf een geheel inkoopproces te ontwikkelen.


Ik wil mijn docent Hans de Roo bedanken voor alle uitleg tijdens de lessen, ook al ben ik niet vaak
aanwezig geweest. Ik heb veel informatie uit de PowerPointpresentaties en het boek kunnen halen. Ik
wens u veel plezier met het lezen van dit verslag.
