This report’s objective is to assess and suggest, based on the following factors, the most
advantageous nation for a U.S. comparing to form commercial or industrial cooperation, between
Mexico and India. I’ll be analyzing Mexico and India in this study as possible locations for the
newest production plant for your business.
Sustainability Measure and Environmental Regulations
, The Mexican government has prioritized environmental legislation during the last thirty
years to address long-standing concerns about air, ground, and water pollution. Environmental
sustainability is closely ties to human rights in Mexico (Mexico, n.d). It ensures the right to a
healthy environment, access to clean water and air, and protection against environmental
pollution (Mexico, n.d.). Although it is not always strict about implementing restrictions,
Mexico is making progress.
On the other side, India has also passed laws at the federal level to address a few
environmental challenges. However, state governments now oversee the execution of these laws
rather than the federal government. India has both a culture of hoarding (in case something
might come in useful), and thriftiness (re-uese and hand-me-downs ( Pandey,2017). India
imposes severe penalties on anyone who disregard environmental rules.
Cost and Workforce
One of the greatest places to outsource software development is Mexico, since each
nation offers a unique blend of affordable software goods and highly competent labor. Mexico
has been focusing on the development of its workforce and addressing labor costs to strengthen
its position in the global market ( Mexico, n.d). Mexico wants to continue to be a major
