, Inleiding
In dit verslag wordt gekeken naar de kansen van Memo-Europe op de internationale markt. Er wordt
onderzocht en vergeleken in welk land de organisatie het beste een nieuwe vestiging kan starten.
Individueel is er gekozen voor Duitsland als groep is er voor Canada gekozen. Voor dit verslag zal er
onderzoek gedaan worden naar de kansen van Memo-Europe in Duitsland. Dit zal vervolgens
vergeleken worden met Canada.

Om de kansen van Memo-Europe Duitsland te bepalen zal eerst onderzoek worden gedaan
doormiddel van de probleemsituatie en de DESTEP-analyse. Hierop volgend wordt de SWOT-analyse
opgesteld waardoor een strategie bepaald kan worden.

Bij management en organisatie zal en een business plan opgesteld worden. Hiervoor wordt gekeken
naar het Business Model Canavas, de culturele aspecten, het netwerk, maatschappelijk verantwoord
ondernemen en het creatieve proces.

Onder elk hoofdstuk wordt een reflectie geschreven hierin wordt bij elk proces uitgelegd welke keuze
gemaakt is en waarom.
Het verslag wordt afgesloten met een conclusie waarin mijn advies voor Memo-Europe te lezen is.
