, Inleiding

De Wereldhavendagen is een evenement in Rotterdam wat drie dagen duurt. Het
evenement draait om de Rotterdamse Haven. De doelgroep van de
Wereldhavendagen is iedereen van 0-100 jaar. De Wereldhavendagen kampt met
het probleem dat mensen van 18 tot 30 jaar het evenement weinig tot nauwelijks
bezoeken. Hierdoor is de organisatie bang om in de toekomst hun bezoekers te
verliezen. Daarnaast zoekt de Wereldhavendagen wat opvulling in het
programma van zaterdag en zondag.

De Wereldhavendagen probeert al jaren de 18- tot 30-jarigen te bereiken. Dit
hebben ze in de afgelopen jaren gedaan met influencers, acties via social media
en zelfs door middel van voetballer Soufiane Touzani. Dit heeft allemaal niet
geholpen om meer mensen van die leeftijdscategorie aan te trekken.

De Wereldhavendagen geeft studenten van de opleiding Creative Business van
de Hogeschool Inholland in Rotterdam een kans om een concept te bedenken om
deze doelgroep te bereiken. De groep studenten bestaat uit vijf personen:
Danique, Etienne, Gaby, Margriet en Rowena. In de afgelopen weken is er hard
gewerkt aan het bedenken van concepten en die concepten zijn gepresenteerd
aan de opdrachtgevers. De opdrachtgevers hebben hieruit een concept gekozen
en dit concept wordt gerealiseerd in dit projectplan.

Het projectplan dient als hulpmiddel voor het ontwikkelen van het
productieproces. Onderzoek naar de risico’s, juridische aspecten,
marketingcommunicatie, tijd en de fases (definitiefase, ontwerpfase,
voorbereidingsfase, realisatiefase en cyclische fase) zijn van belang voor het
realiseren van het concept.
