, Inleiding:
In mijn examenopdracht ga ik laten zien dat ik genoeg vaardigheden heb om
een kind te begeleiden. Ik ga hierbij informatie verzamelen vanuit de omgeving,
van het kind en in overleg met collega’s. Ik zal hierbij ook meerdere observaties
verrichten en dit terug koppelen naar collega’s. Vanuit deze beschrijving maak
ik een plan van aanpak met gerichte activiteiten die het kind zouden kunnen
helpen.
De doelstellingen die hieraan verbonden zijn kunnen worden bijgesteld indien
nodig. Door mijn kennis in te zetten en gebruik te maken van een emotie meter
en een signaleringsplan ben ik bereid om het kind te stimuleren in haar
ontwikkeling.
Ik vind het namelijk erg belangrijk dat ieder kind op de BSO & KDV zich veilig
voelt en kan ontplooien op zijn/haar eigen manier in een veilige en vertrouwde
omgeving.
