Introduction
This Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) captures, in a single repository, all the information that describes my chosen
business of Front’s ability to withstand a disaster as well as the processes that must be followed to achieve
disaster recovery. My chosen business (Front) manages email, customer communication channels, and
applications all in one platform for collaborative work. Users can also enable video conferencing to conduct
meetings via applications that connect with my chosen business (Front). They expect to have between 25 – 30
employees who will all have desktop PCs and being connected to the same Wi-Fi to the LAN company which will
allow users to exchange data and access to the internet.

I will develop an IT support and management plan for the company I have chosen and will cover the following:

 Incident response
 Disaster recovery
 Capacity planning
 Sustainability and environmental waste planning

My informative plan will also be including a floor diagram to demonstrate the location of the reception, office
furniture, IT Equipment and cabling. The plan has adequate of at least more than 11 workstations and staff works
in shifts.

Incident Response and Disaster Recovery Plan
A disaster can be caused by man or nature and results in Front’s IT department not being able to perform all or
some of their regular roles and responsibilities for a period. My business (Front) defines disasters as the following:

 One or more vital systems are non-functional
 The building is not available for an extended period of time, but all systems are functional within it
 The building is available, but all systems are non-functional
