Voor u ligt mijn individuele BPV-plan voor stage leerjaar 3 vanuit de opleiding HBO Verpleegkunde
Gezondheid & Technologie. Gedurende de periode van februari 2019 tot juli 2019 loop ik stage op de
afdeling C5H Abdominale en Oncologische Chirurgie (Heelkunde) van het UMC St. Radboud.
Gedurende deze stage loop ik 24 uur zorgstage en 8 uur innovatiestage per week.
In dit BPV-plan kunt u lezen wat mijn uitslag is van de leerstijlentest, mijn algemene beginsituatie,
mijn leerdoelen op basis van competenties, mijn verwachtingen en de bijbehorende planning van de
opdrachten. In de uitwerkingen zijn reflecties en andere ondersteunende materialen weergeven. Het
BPV plan wordt als leidraad gebruikt om verdere leerdoelen te formuleren en dient hierbij als
