afdelingen in het bedrijf. Een hoofdafdeling is bijvoorbeeld Fabricage of Sales die de
daadwerkelijke productie en verkoop regelen.
- Bij de KPM is dit onderscheid belangrijk omdat de hulpafdeling eerst doorrekenen
naar de hoofdafdelingen.
- Daarna rekenen de hoofdafdelingen de kosten weer door aan de producten.
De doorberekening van de afdeling naar elkaar en naar de producten moet natuurlijk wel
overzichtelijk blijven, daarom wordt er een kosten verdeelstaat gemaakt.
