Mijn naam is ..., tweedejaars student HBO-Verpleegkunde aan Hogeschool Windesheim, in
Zwolle.
Momenteel ben ik stagiaire bij Trivium Meulenbelt Zorg Het Hof, in Hengelo. Deze stage
vindt plaats op de somatische afdeling Roershoek. Om de basis van mijn verpleegkundig
handelen te testen stel ik een verpleegplan samen, welke het gehele verpleegkundige proces
bevat. Dit verpleegplan is gemaakt voor een cliënt bij mij op de afdeling.
