In this assignment, I will be discussing how Danish Entrepreneur was able to build
successful business in Africa. I will also discuss how Fan Milk as a Ghanaian business
manages the challenges of expanding to other African Market. Furthermore, I will
discuss how Fan Milk should respond to ongoing challenges in the retail channel and
consumer demand and provide some recommendations on how DANONE’s managers
