Vision, mission, and values statements of an organization are vital in guiding and

organization and providing it with a sense of direction for future success. For instance, the

mission of Starbucks entails not only inspiring but also nurturing the human spirit (asserted as

one cup, one person at a time, and one neighborhood. Its vision, on the other hand encompasses

treating individuals as family with the preemption that they will be loyal besides giving their all.

The values of the organization continue to play an integral role towards accomplishing the

mission and vision. They include creation of a culture of belonging and warmth where every

individual is welcomed; being present and connecting with dignity, transparency, and respect;

and delivering their best besides holding itself accountable. Other values include being

performance driven through humanity lens, challenging status quo, acting with courage, and

finding new techniques for innovation. The strategy of growing with each other and the

company, will help in accomplishing these goals and objectives, that incorporate the execution

strategy. Upon the execution of the strategy employed, it is prudent that a financial evaluation be

carried out. The evaluation strategy may involve the use of ROI (return on investments) and cost-

benefit analysis.
