Voorwoord
Mijn naam is Xxx Xxx, 34 jaar oud en sinds 2008 werkzaam voor Xxx. Sinds 2012 ben ik werkzaam
als ploegleider in Xxx. Ik ben verantwoordelijk voor een productieteam bestaande uit 18 fte’s.
Momenteel volg ik de bachelor Technische Bedrijfskunde. Gedurende mijn loopbaan bij Xxx heb ik
flinke stappen gezet. Ik ben in het bedrijf begonnen als productiemedewerker en heb een weg
afgelegd als lijnoperator, procesoperator, vervangend ploegleider voordat ik de kans heb gekregen om
de rol als ploegleider te vervullen. Daarnaast heb ik aan diverse verbeterprojecten gewerkt. Hierin is
mijn interesse in projectmatig werk gegroeid. Door het afronden van deze opleiding hoop ik door te
groeien naar een managementfunctie of een functie op de afdeling Early Equipment Management.
Dit rapport is geschreven ter afsluiting van de specialisatie Lean Six Sigma. In dit rapport wordt de
DMAIC-roadmap gevolgd om een bepaald probleem in projectvorm op te lossen.
Bij deze wil ik mijn docenten van Symbol BV bedanken voor hun feedback en tips. Hierdoor kreeg ik
de bewustwording hoe de theorie met de praktijk te koppelen. Daarnaast gaat mijn dank uit naar Xxx
Xxx, mijn werkplekbegeleider, voor zijn kijk op de organisatie en tips bij het schrijven van de
eindopdracht.
