Hi Nathalie Too bad you reviewed the 1-star document because the content you think is not applicable in your internship setting. This teaching contract is written on the basis of the general learning outcome (s) of the Hanze University of Applied Sciences and, in my view, can be used as a design for a private apprenticeship contract in all branches.

, Inleiding
In dit het verslag stel ik een leercontract op ter voorbereiding op mijn praktijkleerperiode.
Gedurende deze stage zal ik werken aan een aantal modules. Binnen dit leercontract geef ik
aan welke modules ik wil gaan toetsen gedurende mijn stage en hoe ik mijzelf wil gaan
ontwikkelen binnen de overige modules. In de uitwerking van modules omschrijf ik welke
leeruitkomsten aan bod komen, wat mijn leerdoelen zijn, welke activiteiten hierbij passen,
wel mogelijk bewijsmateriaal ik ga verzamelen en welke noodzakelijke ondersteuning ik
nodig heb.
Voor deze PLP2-stage heb ik ervoor gekozen drie modules te laten toetsen. Dit zijn de
modules, werken aan gezondheid, bevorderen van zelfmanagement en borgen van kwaliteit
en veiligheid. Aan de overige modules zal gewerkt worden middels methodische reflecties en
waarderingsformulieren. Daarnaast zal gewerkt worden aan de doorlopende modules;
voorbehouden handelingen en continu professionele ontwikkeling.
Dit leercontract vormt de basis voor competentieontwikkeling gedurende mijn stage.
