Motivatie en verbeterpunten
Samenvatting zou de inhoud van de paper beter aan kunnen geven, nu het is soms meer een
inleiding. Segmentering van de doelgroep is voldoende vanuit de criteria aangegeven. Klanttaken voor
doelgroep zijn voldoende. Persona is passend opgesteld voor deze doelgroep.
Uitwerking van de generatie voor ideeën is voldoende beschreven en passend opgesteld. Aanpak
komt hierbij voldoende naar voren. Clustering van de ideeën had sterker gekund door ook de criteria
helder te benoemen. Prototype is opgesteld en benoemd.
BMC is voldoende beschreven en passend voor deze casus. De validatietabel is voldoende en geeft
diepgang aan het BMC. Testkaart is passend met een sluitende hypothese.
De genoemde zes onderdelen van het ondernemingsplan zijn passend uitgewerkt en sluiten aan op
de organisatie. De vier P's hadden iets uitgebreider gekund en meer gebruik van theorie was hier
mogelijk.
