1.1.1 Toelichting financieringsbegroting
Het maatschappelijk aandelenkapitaal is gesteld op 300.000 euro, waarvan 75.000 euro geplaatst is.
Dit bedrag voldoet aan de eis van het minimale vermogen dat een onderneming moet plaatsen,
namelijk 20% van het maatschappelijk aandelenkapitaal. Het totaal benodigde bedrag om de activa
van de onderneming te financieren bedraagt 150.000 euro. Ieder personeelslid neemt voor 15.000
euro van de geplaatste aandelen voor zijn rekening, zodat het geplaatst aandelenkapitaal 75.000
euro is. Het resterende bedrag, 75.000 euro, zal moeten worden geleend bij de bank. De interest op
deze lening bedraagt 6%.

zijn exclusief 21% omzetbelasting. Ook de bestelbus, die voor 11.780 euro op de balans staat, is
exclusief 21% omzetbelasting. De omzetbelasting over de brandstof voor de bestelwagen (diesel) is
ook 21%.
