● Hy is te senuweeagtig (nervous) om enigiets te geniet, (to eat) nie die

wit karatepakke met gekleurde gordels, beweeg om mekaar. (sees two boys
either 17/18 with a white belts)
● Dis ekstrovert versus introvert. Dis aggressor versus verdediger.
● Die meisie na wie hy vroeër die dag nog skelm gekyk het, is lank met
plinkbruin haas wat agter haar kop met 'n lintjie so rooi soos haar
karategordel saamgevat is. (shes tall and shiny brown hair in a ponytail and
her belt matcher her hairtie)
● Hy ken haar al van sien deur die kompetisies. (he knows her because hes
seen her at competesnons)

● Haar groterige postuur maak dat sy 'n kata doen wat mooi vertoon sy deur
die voorgeskrewe bewegings gaan en met die denkbeeldige tieners praat.
