farmacotherapie van Lodewijk beschrijf.
Lodewijk heeft een schizoaffectieve stoornis, PTSS en een benzodiazepine- en analgetica
afhankelijkheid. In de voorgeschiedenis is hij bekend met een alcoholafhankelijkheid. Lodewijk heeft
door de jaren heen een behoorlijke benzodiazepine consumptie opgebouwd en wilde dit graag
(gedeeltelijk) afbouwen. Daarnaast is gestart met anti craving medicatie om terugval in
alcoholgebruik te voorkomen. Omdat hij gestopt is met roken werd de dosering clozapine aangepast
en de clozapinespiegel gemonitord. Op basis van het klinisch beeld en de clozapinespiegel is de
dosering opnieuw aangepast.
