Voor u ligt mijn vm-dossier over interventies. Dit blok starten we met interventies. Wat een
interessant onderwerp. Ik heb ontzettend veel geleerd over interventies. Iedere keer dacht ik
‘waarom wist ik dit niet eerder?’ Het onderwerp interventies heeft mij zeker laten groeien als
leerkracht. Ik heb nu bewust nagedacht over wat helpt bij de kinderen en wat niet. Doordat ik nu
meer weet over interventies kan ik de kinderen nu ook beter helpen bij hun ontwikkeling. Ook de
kinderen begrijpen is nu een stuk makkelijker. Ik weet nu hoe ik een kind benaderen bij zijn/haar
persoonlijkheid. Dit blok heeft echt bewezen dat niet ieder kind hetzelfde is. Ieder kind is uniek en
daar moet je al leerkracht op zien kunnen in te spelen.
