In dit project ga ik en marktonderzoek doen bij Fit4Life. Health center Fit4Life is een
fitnesscentrum met uitgebreide faciliteiten. Bij dit fitnesscentrum neemt het ledental af. De
eigenaren, Henk en Lieke van Son, denken dat dit komt doordat leden onderling te weinig
verbondenheid met elkaar voelen. Ze willen, voordat ze actie gaan ondernemen, eerst kijken
of dit vermoeden klopt. Vervolgens willen ze laten onderzoeken welke maatregelen ze het
beste kunnen nemen. Dit ga ik voor hun uitzoeken.
