IV Contrast gewenst: Jodiumhoudend contrastmiddel.
verklaar +- 2,4 ml per seconde, waarbij de grootte van de contrastbolus dusdanig moet
worden gekozen dat zich tijdens de volledige scantijd voldoende contrastaanbod in
het afgebeelde volume bevindt. De injectietijd moet langer zijn dan de scantijd
vanwege de inlooptijd van de bolus. Bij dit gecombineerde onderzoek kan worden
volstaat met een single bolus omdat de thorax in de arteriële fase wordt gescand
en het abdomen in een latere fase.
Fase van scannen: Veneuze fase, de klieren zijn dan goed te zien. Dit doe je als je thorax en abdomen
arterieel/portaal/(laat)veneus/excretie in een keer scant.
