Voor u ligt de opdracht verpleegkundig leiderschap uit het portfolio praktijkleren vier. Hierin verken ik
wat verpleegkundig leiderschap inhoudt, verwoord ik wat mijn eigen visie hierop is en onderzoek ik een
zelfgekozen thema. Ik hoop dat ik in dit verslag laat zien dat ik het belang snap van verpleegkundig
