A. Motivational Email to Internal Staff
Good Morning Team,
We are so excited to welcome aboard Kamelon to our weight loss product line. As many
of you are aware, with our new acquired asset we receive the existing products that they
marketed and sold. One of the products that we will be heavily marketing is Kamelon. In clinical
trials, Kamelon proved successful in 90% of 100 patients losing upwards of 15 pounds and 80%
of those participants were able to continue their weight loss journey with continued use.
This new opportunity is expected to receive high interest from existing as well as new
clients. My request is that you please become familiar with the products, the results of the
clinical study, past performance, and consumer reviews so that you can best equip yourself for
consumer inquiries. Be aware that 10% of participants in the clinical trial were unable to
maintain weight loss results. The data suggested that those participants did not follow program
protocol. To prevent this data from negatively swaying or discouraging consumers, I am asking
that the team prepare daily emails or develop an app specific to our store that encourages
accountability when enrolling in the program.
Naturally, due to this product being a part of the weight loss programs we sell here, there
is always the possibility of consumers not achieving results within their timeline expectations. I
want to foreshadow these complaints by ensuring we prepare PR statements that remind
consumers healthy weight loss is not achieved instantly and rigorous dedication to the program is
necessary to achieve positive results.
