the environment that we should protect at the highest priority. How do your current

The three most important aspect of environment that needs to be protected at the highest
priority are water, energy and food. Water is one of the most important aspects of
environment and poor water, sanitation and hygiene undermines the health of everybody
including men, women, child, animal and even nutrition. Water is an economic resource
whereby 70 percent of the freshwater is used for agriculture and livelihoods, in industry in
every manufacturing process, etc. It is very important to save the water and this can be done
by changing our behavior towards the water. We should not waste water and use it in the
limited amount that is necessary. Moreover, we should not dispose waste in water bodies
which is a threat to clean drinking water.
Energy is another source which needs to be protected. Using external energy is fundamental
to being a human. It is one of the most difficult problems to deal with. We need to innovate
new ways whereby we can carry out our day to day activities and with the minimal amount of
energy and if energy is being used, it should environment friendly which means lesser
amount of harmful gases is disposed in the environment. We need to change our attitude and
behavior towards the usage of energy and this can be done by conserving the energy and
using the environmental friendly options like wind and solar energy. We need to adopt the
habits like switching off the lights in order to stop and conserving more and more energy for
future.
We can foresee the food challenge ahead and this is due to continuous increase in population
and reduction in land for the farming. This is resulting in the production of lesser amount of
