Dear Human Resources Manager,I am writing to apply for the position of Restaurant Manager for the incredible one rosette
restaurant. At the moment, I am studying for a diploma in Tourism Management of the University
of Valencia this has supplied me the easy learning of different languages with variety of level titles,
such as English B2 level and German B1 level even though I can also express in perfect Spanish
since it is my native language. I would be delighted to learn other languages such as Chinese or
Japanese since I have facility to learn dissimilar languages.
I have three years’ experience working for a high-level restaurant club in Valencia. My
responsibilities included, organizing 30 staff, approving the chef’s new menus, and keeping up the
business. Also, I can manage perfectly with the different nowadays technologies such as Microsoft
