Het beeld op de TV-monitor wordt bekkomen door een scoop in het gewricht te plaatsen
waarop een lichtkabel en camerakabel aangesloten zijn. Deze worden respectievelijk in de
lichtbron en de videorecorder geplugd, aanwezig op de arthroscopietoren.
De optimale visualisatie vh gewricht wordt bekomen door het gewricht te laten vollopen en
zo continu te spoelen met vocht nl NaCL 0,9%
Indicaties in de voetchirurgie:
• bij synovitis
• debrideren tibio-talair gewricht
• verwijderen of schoonmaken van kraakbeenletsel
7. Open voetchirurgie
• weke delen
morton neurinoom, voet- en teencysten wondfistels, sectia fascia plantaris,
peestransferts en -verlengingen
• osteosynthesen
o na osteotomieën ( voor bv hallux valgus, hallux rigidus, hamer- en of
klauwtenen)
o na traumata ( bv bij fibula- en of tibiafractuur, calcaneumfractuur,..)
o na arthrodese (=vastzetten) van het enkelgewricht
o prothesen ( enkelprothese, teenprothese)
