Koop definitie volgens art. 7:1 BW. Koop is de overeenkomst waarbij de een zich
verbindt een zaak te geven en de ander daarvoor een prijs in geld te betalen.
Koop is een bijzondere vorm van overeenkomst. Hiervoor gaan specifieke bepalingen die in
boek 7 BW staan vóór de algemene bepaling die in boek 3 en 6 BW staan. Echter komt de
koopovereenkomst hetzelfde tot stand als iedere andere overeenkomst. Namelijk door
aanbod en aanvaarding.
De belangrijkste verplichtingen bij koop:
