Autosomaal eigenschap: is een eigenschap dat voorkomt op één van de 22 paar
chromosome.
Er zijn 22 “gewone” chromosomen.
Zij heten autosomen
De laatste 2 chromosomen zijn geslachtschromosomen.
Dus bij een man is di teen X en een bij vrouw twee keer een X.
Monohybride kruising: wil zeggen dat we naar 1 eigenschap kijken (bijv. vachtkleur)
Allel: is een variant van een gen (bijv. bruine allel of grijze allel voor de gen van
vachtkleur)
Dominant allel (B): komt altijd tot uiting als het met een recessieve allel is gepaard.
Recessieve allel (b): komt alleen tot uiting als het met een andere recessieve allel is
gepaard.
