Key ideas of diversity
Introduction
In this essay I will write about 6 key concepts about diversity going
into the aspect of each one, describing how it effects the public
services with examples. The benefits and consequences of these not
being implemented, I will also use previous case studies or past
times in history when these have been shown. These main points I
will be addressing are Integration, tolerance, multiculturalism,
rights and responsibilities, equal opportunities and positive action
on inclusion and corporate social responsibility.

What is integration? Integration is when all people, whether their
differences are race, sex, age or beliefs political or religious can
work alongside each other without conflict. Integration isn’t just
seen in a day to day society, but in a work force such as the police.
