TIPS VOOR FINANCIËLE BEREKENINGEN
1. INLEIDENDE BEGRIPPEN
- Kapitaal (K) = som geld die iemand gedurende een zekere tijd ter beschikking stelt of krijgt
o Startkapitaal = K0
o Eindkapitaal = Kn
- Rente of intrest = verschil tussen K0 en Kn
o Intrest van één periode van renteberekening (meestal één jaar) = i
o Intrest over de totale looptijd = I (soms ook ‘opbrengst’ genoemd)
o Let goed op het verschil tussen eindkapitaal en opbrengst:
Eindkapitaal = beginkapitaal + opbrengst
Bijvoorbeeld: 1.250 = 1.000 + 250
- Looptijd = n
- Peruun
o Rentepercentage omgezet naar een natuurlijk getal
o Bekom je door % te delen door 100
100 % = 1 (want 100 : 100)
10 % = 0,1 (want 10 : 100)
1 % = 0,01 (want 1 : 100)
0,1 % = 0,001 (want 0,1 : 100)
Wettelijke minimumrente 0,11 % = 0,0011 (want 0,11 : 100)
Willekeurig voorbeeld: 2,30 % = 0,023 (want 2,3 : 100)
Willekeurig voorbeeld: 2,03 % = 0,0203 (want 2,03 : 100)
o Verkeerd peruneren is de meest voorkomende fout op het examen!
- Rentefactor = groeifactor = groeivoet = u = de waarde die het kapitaal na één periode van
renteberekening bereikt
o Kapitaal vertegenwoordigd door de waarde 1 + peruun
Willekeurig voorbeeld: rentefactor voor kapitaal 8.700 euro – intrest 2,3 % per
jaar = 1 + 0,023 = 1,023 / dus rentefactor = u = 1,023
- Bruto rendement = rendement voor belastingen (roerende voorheffing / RV)
- Netto rendement = rendement na belastingen (standaardtarief = 30 %)
o I’ = I – (I x 0,30)
o Of I’ = I x 0,70
- Inflatie = aanhoudende stijging van het algemeen prijspeil
o Brengt nominale waarde naar intrinsieke waarde
2. ENKELVOUDIGE INTREST BEREKENEN
- Geldt voor distribuerende spaarinstrumenten: (1) de spaarrekening (op 1 jaar), (2) de
distribuerende termijnrekening, (3) de kasbon
- Berekening van het eindkapitaal:
o Startkapitaal + (intrest x looptijd) = eindkapitaal
o K0 + (i . n) = Kn
o Voorbeeld: € 1.000 – 1,6 % bruto – looptijd 5 jaar – 30 % RV
Bruto 1.000 + (16 x 5) = 1.080
Netto 1.000 + ((16 x 0,7) x 5) = 1.056
