The case study provides research details in a descriptive reporting format. The researcher

collected data and tried to reveal other market players as well as the main trends

(Schindler,2019). For example, the researcher highlights that Vicale discoveredmany companies

of different sizes worldwide conducting similar business. After the researcher discovered that

Hasbro was the biggest player, they conducted a further studyof the retail environment where

they found; action figures took more aisle space at the toy store (Atmowardoyo, 2018).

Additionally, the research can be classified as a descriptive onesince the researcher highlights the

main people who contributed to making the business idea more successful. After identifying that

current Hero-toys were more relevant and attracted more customers, Vicale further consulted a

lawyer who was the primary agent of definingwhether the business design was more feasible

(Schindler,2019). The lawyer assured them that the brand applied the presidential likeness on

several occasions; thus, making the idea more valid. The researcher further describes that the

enterprise will implement the idea more efficiently since the firm has rapid prototyping

capabilities that can enhancethe provision of custom dolls (Atmowardoyo, 2018). Finally, the

researcher concludes that after implementing the idea, the sales figures continued rising as the

customers realized that the company madeunique prototypes.

Question 2: Evaluation of Hero Builders.com Using the Exhibits

Using Exhibit 1 to 6, Vicale, the President of Hero Builders, formulated a research

process that would contribute to his plan of venturing into Hero villain action figures. The

research process's primary dependent variable was on selecting the best growth strategy that

would helpthe company grow (Schindler,2019). To ensure that the company grew as expected,
